Surprising October HCSD Staff of the Month Winner

(November 13, 2025) - We are excited to share that Ms. Kara Uselton is our October District Staff of the Month winner, and she’s the first social worker in HCSD to receive that honor! Our education partner, Guild Mortgage Gulfport, joined us to surprise Ms. Uselton at Lizana Elementary. She received a certificate of recognition, a $100 restaurant gift card, and a box of Thanksgiving-themed cookies. Congratulations, Ms. Uselton!
